Episode 26: Wild Nights

Written by Emily Dickinson

Listen here

Wild nights - Wild nights!
Were I with thee
Wild nights should be
Our luxury!

Futile - the winds -
To a Heart in port -
Done with the Compass -
Done with the Chart!

Rowing in Eden -
Ah - the Sea!
Might I but moor - tonight -
In thee!

Episode 27: She Walk in Beauty

Written by Lord Byron

Listen here

She walks in beauty, like the night
Of cloudless climes and starry skies;
And all that’s best of dark and bright
Meet in her aspect and her eyes;
Thus mellowed to that tender light
Which heaven to gaudy day denies.

One shade the more, one ray the less,
Had half impaired the nameless grace
Which waves in every raven tress,
Or softly lightens o’er her face;
Where thoughts serenely sweet express,
How pure, how dear their dwelling-place.

And on that cheek, and o’er that brow,
So soft, so calm, yet eloquent,
The smiles that win, the tints that glow,
But tell of days in goodness spent,
A mind at peace with all below,
A heart whose love is innocent!

Episode 28: Poetry Reading ASMR.

Written by Laura Jayne

Listen here

His fingertips upon my skin
The sweetest, but most
Deadliest of sins
His warm breath, by my ear
Inside I shiver, as he pulls me ever
So near...

Face to face
Chest to chest
A silent, but heated moment
Fills the air
It’s electric, it’s fire
You can almost smell it
Tingling your nostrils
A warmth fills your face
Your eyes come alive

It’s dangerous, but
It’s all I ever wanted
In that one, moment
I was willing to risk it all
To surrender
To let go
To see how deeply - I could fall.

Episode 29: Hungry Love

Written by J Summers

Listen here

It’s staying up way too late, hoping the other person says goodbye first, only to ask if they’ll stay a moment longer.
It’s trying to hide how you feel without overly expressing that they continue getting stronger.
It’s thinking that if you fall asleep, it would be too tragic not to live for this love, but to die this happy.
It’s sharing music that reminds you of them, thinking you are so sappy. It’s the desire for their closeness every waking moment.
It’s when feeling incomplete is obsolete, you’re the vital component.
It’s how each bone in your body would shatter if they were to ever break your heart.
It’s knowing that you can never be without them, they’re your counterpart.
It’s when you are forever theirs and they are forever yours. It’s not to want to be without the other, in case a memorable moment occurs.
It’s doing everything you can to remember every last moment, as if it were your last.
It’s imprinted on the heart and is seen carved into every tree you walk past.
It’s when you can see every detail of your future when you look into their eyes.
It’s the relaxation they bring when you are within their aura, your heart sighs.
It’s as simple as that person’s voice to calm you and also make your heart beat faster.
It’s when your passion surpasses this life, you will be glorified hereafter.
It’s a carnal craving for a loving embrace and an insatiable taste.
It’s when every second is treasured, so no moment goes to waste.
It’s nearly bringing you to tears of joy with how they express their love to you.
It’s knowing that their life wouldn’t be the same without you too.
It’s needing their touch to help you sleep at night.
It’s understanding what you need, even when silent.
It’s when your souls merge while making love, you blend.
It’s when, if there was nothing left, the only thing to sustain you is them.

Episode 30: Poetry Reading ASMR

Written by Thriftygirl365

Listen here

The sunrise comes on whispered sighs,
With dream stained skin and sleepy eyes.
Its amber rays fill the room
to help dispel the nighttime gloom.

Morning hums with borrowed cheer,
A fragile hope that feels sincere.
Coffee steams, the world feels near,
Yet shadows linger, faint but clear.

By noon the light grows harsh and thin,
A weightless ache beneath the skin.
Laughter sounds a practiced art,
A distant echo in the heart.

The afternoon drags long and slow,
The clock ticks loud but time won’t go.
The body moves, the mind stays still,
Each simple task a test of will.

At dusk the sky exhales its gray,
The warmth of morning slips away.
The silence grows, the lights goes dim.
The darkness settles in again.
